Delivery information
Shipping and delivery service is available throughout the Republic.
When you complete the purchase process through the website, the customer service representative will contact you to confirm the order.
Delivery selection
- Same day delivery: to Alexandria only, make the order before 10:00 am to get it on the same day with additional fees: 100 Egyptian pounds.
- Home delivery: Alexandria orders are delivered within three working days, and other governorates are delivered within 3 to 5 working days, except for public holidays.
- Branch pickup: Receive your order at the branch of your choice within 1 to 3 working days.
